      No much actually speaking except in townHall meetings they gave some snacks

      Cons

      The salary was very less, They were misleading employess ,many projects were like manual testing and you don't need engineers for that.Work life management was very poor ,sometimes used to work for 13 to 14 hours a day

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
