      There are no advantages in working for this company

      Cons

      - No benefits - Salary 70% less of what the client pay for the consultant - people are fired everyday without any reason - money disappear from the payslip without any communication - high management is useless, they do not do nothing

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
