      I have met (some) great colleagues

      Cons

      - Low salary - no remote days - toxic management - micro management - harrassment at work - being bullied by management - favoritism - kiss butt mentality gets you higher up - people getting fired without valid reason

      There are no pros in this company

      Cons

      I was being treated unfair by their people and culture HR team. They were very rude to me, never gave me the space to say what i felt. And if i said it they thought I was being rude. Later i heard that other colleagues where also treated like this which i do not think is okey for such a big company that portaits to be the best tech company in Suriname.
