1. Big company- with complete salarial/defined process structure. 2. One of the top ODM/OEM manufacturer. You may learn embedded knowledge, collaborate with outstanding engineers and in touch with named companies. 3. Overall, status really depends on Bureaus and your sense of responsibility.
Cons
1. No work-life balance (at least for BU9 and except QCT). Overtime usually reaches to highest level defined by government (30-46hr/month). 2. Few chance for female to get to the top position.
