The parent company keeps the failing QPG division in business

Constant leadership turnover due to corporate bureaucracy, negative moral at all employee levels and arbitrary firings. HR is too busy monitoring employees and helping management fire people arbitrarily, there is no effort put into supporting and developing current employees or finding new talent.
