Enjoyable office culture and working environment

My department was well organized but others weren't

Flexible management because they know most employees are contracted and get horrible PTO deals,

Horrible communication and drama in the office. They are trying to enforce traditional office culture, but since only management is old, everyone else suffers coming in to hear about and deal with petty office drama. Also no growth opportunities.
