We recognize that acquisitions and organizational change can create uncertainty, particularly when new teams, processes, and ways of working come together. It is not uncommon for employees to have concerns about preserving what has made Quanterix successful while also identifying opportunities to learn from and integrate the strengths of another organization.
Our goal is not to replace one culture, team, or set of practices with another, but rather to thoughtfully evaluate what works best for the combined organization, our employees, our customers, and our long-term success. We understand that change can feel disruptive, and we are committed to listening to employee feedback, communicating openly, and making decisions that support both business performance and a positive employee experience.
