Pros

My department is doing the best they can with what they've got. And the benefits are good. That's about it.

Cons

It's becoming incredibly top heavy. We have plenty of folks telling us what to do and not enough boots on the ground. It's the perfect recipe for burnout. I think most everyone I started with a few years back has now moved on. A company made up of 20,000 executives isn't going to land you anywhere. No one needs more higher ups telling us how to do our jobs when we're already ridiculously understaffed. This company tends to run before they even know how to crawl. It's just another in the thousands of stereotypical, political, bias corporate entities. I'd say beware of this place, for your own mental health.

Pros

Struggling to identify clear organizational strengths.

Cons

Operations are now largely being directed by the management team from the acquired company. Many Quanterix employees feel that existing processes are being replaced by those of the acquired company, creating uncertainty and concern. Some employees worry that these are the same practices that may have contributed to the acquired company’s failure, leading to declining morale and confidence.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your many years of service to Quanterix. We recognize that acquisitions and organizational change can create uncertainty, particularly when new teams, processes, and ways of working come together. It is not uncommon for employees to have concerns about preserving what has made Quanterix successful while also identifying opportunities to learn from and integrate the strengths of another organization. Our goal is not to replace one culture, team, or set of practices with another, but rather to thoughtfully evaluate what works best for the combined organization, our employees, our customers, and our long-term success. We understand that change can feel disruptive, and we are committed to listening to employee feedback, communicating openly, and making decisions that support both business performance and a positive employee experience. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and encourage employees to continue providing feedback through our leaders, HR team, and employee listening channels as we continue our integration journey. Thank you again for your feedback and for your contributions to Quanterix.
