I'm really sorry to read your post. As you may know we've just completed the extensive, company-wide, Purpose, Vision and Values programme, inviting everyone to contribute to codify our culture. To launch our values, we've sent a wellbeing launch pack to every Quantexan worldwide. This is the very beginning of our journey and we have a lot more work planned. As an example today our extended leadership team will be working on how to ensure our values live and everyone can connect with our vision and purpose.
