Pros
Interesting technology and very educated workforce. Generally, people are very friendly.
Cons
I’ve listed 2019, though worked here for a time a few years ago. Upper management really have no clue what career Executive Assistants/Administrative ParaProfessionals do, nor do they appreciate that the job is completely indispensable for any business to run smoothly. You are not respected and often demeaned or degraded because you don’t possess a University Degree. You will be treated like an office maid, and your best efforts often thwarted by a micromanager who just can’t (or won’t) stop interfering with your work. Sick time or appointments are scrutinized – and generally unpaid unless you wish to use up your company-paid Personal Leave. Avoid – it’s a dead end.
