Toxic leadership and culture. The company doesn't believe in transparency or implement mentorship. Expect to not be given feedback in a timely manner. Be prepared to be blindsided with unfair and personal criticism during your yearly review. Do not be surprised when your managers ignore you when you need their guidance. Managers gaslighting and manipulating their reports is common. The pay is also below the required skill level and you will be lied to when negotiating your salary.
