Pros
Good pay, Competitive benefits and government mandated stuff. Sleeping quarters, fun production floors. situated near malls so it's pretty convenient too.
Cons
Management bias. Just depends on what department you're on, I guess. Other employees I've worked with were also problematic but I guess that's just BPO for ya.
