Visionless management. Management never had a goal how to build up strong position in the market. Very basic works were assigned which led me to nowhere. This company does not deserve students from prestigious institutions. Working in Quantta can make a person technically weaker as there is no advance technique is used. Company has no proper policy for the employees. Every year Quantta experinences people are leaving yet they have not changed their attitude.
