Good company to work for

Low pay but you can get overtime.

The only pro is the money you will be making. And possibly the rewards.

Everything not materialistic. You are constantly speaking all day saying the same script over and over. If you go 3 seconds over your break time, you get written up. If you do not say the script verbatim it's an auto fail which costs you money. If you mess up by accident, they don't care. If you say hey instead of hi, you're in trouble. They micro manage every single thing and show no patience or understanding when you have things to deal with in your real life. The job itself sucks and the way you are treated sucks. You are constantly being micro managed along with being yelled at and cussed out all day by people who don't want you calling them. It's mentally very very draining and you don't have many friendly encounters. You feel like everyone hates you because you are constantly called a scammer and being verbally harrassed. But it's a paycheck
