Very little although head office encourage us to lie to promote the homes
Cons
Head office do not respond to concerns raised over resident safety, reports of abuse go without action from head office. I have seen people being fired for whistleblowing. Head offices main priority is to have as minimal paperwork as possible so if a significant event occurs and is reported, they get very angry
