Pros
Met some awesome people and management is okay but could improve Health insurance was nice and they give decent PTO package for new hires and progressively increase the longer you are here
Cons
A lot of roadblocks that delays the project delivery Unnecessary conflicts with other dept to cause some disruption and personal conflicts. A lot of overtime which added unbalancing work life balance At any moment you can have disruption coming in and needs immediate attention Promised bonus and/or extra PTO for holiday season but never got that. Lack of developer env to test
