Pros

Trainings and good, Rajiv Sir is a legend always and he has a humongous mission and vision to empower MSME owners

Cons

Three rounds of interview conducted, each lasting almost an hour. Finally during salary negotiations they won't even flinch beyond their budget. Considering the business coach role to be a High impact role, the least an employee can expect is taken Care of financially. This was a shocker and completely unexpected, hypocritical as well, considering how highly Rajiv Sir talks about paying the high performing employees well.

Pros

Everything seems to looks like a pro for the first year.

Cons

They make it look like they truly care about our personal life as well as professional life. However, every department in the entire organisation Is working beyond our logout time. They expect us to work during the weekends and if we do not agree to do so, we get feedback saying that we are not working for the companies benefit. The management is very manipulative. They are disrespectful towards our personal beliefs and choices, and if he raise issues about the management to the HR team, it is swiftly brushed under the carpet. They preach the company culture, however, the same culture is misused by the core team. And the CEOs are there to cover for every blunder that the core team does. There is no process system or structure to the entire organisation.
