Pros
Training is Great and benefits are awesome for part timers.
Cons
Leadership is out of touch with the properties. The HR department does not follow HIPPA, your personal business will be all over the office! I hear Regionals are allowed to physically and verbally assault staff now. They are slowly getting rid of African American Staff members.
