Great team and really kind people. Clearly values the work everyone puts in and I felt sad to leave when circumstances required it.
Cons
The job itself wasn't for me - recruiting is similar to sales, which I'm not a fan of, and I didn't realize that until a couple months into the role. More of a mismatch in terms of what I'm looking for in a role vs what the job description is than a virtue of the compan y itself
