      Do they really have any?

      -> Treat Employees like Slaves & Daily Labour -> Abuse employees in meeting calls & groups -> Holding last month paychecks -> Deducting extra PF and none should question on this -> Incentives, They promise while you join and start negotiating and slowly stop saying market is not good. -> 1+1 is their basic policy to save salaries -> You are not allowed to take any sick leave or holiday even for important festivals -> Hr. Policy , most funniest part is Hr. is fresher and she don't even know how to behave with seniors -> If you are late by 5 min, half day cut though it's raining or u met with accident or anything -> Use & Throw employees with high salary after squeezing their worth.

This employee in question is alleged with misconduct, and consequently there was an action against both ex-employees with remarks, to substantiate those allegations – appropriate proof & witness have been captured and documented by compliance team.       I would highly recommend everyone to work at QuantumBricks Corporation. I have worked for over 5 years at QuantumBricks. From my personal experience the following are some of the pros a) I received excellent training and worked at several industry leading clients like ADP, AT&T and Lowe's during my at QB. b) Very competitive pay scale c) The team is very responsive to address any issue, technical or non technical while working at the client d) Great leadership. From top down all the members of the organization are extremely dedicated and excel in all their responsibilities. e) Excellent health and dental insurance is provided. f) The work culture is very healthy, open communication is highly encouraged.
