Pros
you have a job in a really bad economy
Cons
Definitely think twice before taking on the “field sales” role. There are people who have been working here for more than a year who still don’t have sick days or a basic benefits package. As a field sales rep, your every move will be hawkishly watched for fear you may over-bill. you will be micro managed at every level. Meanwhile. your salaried colleagues (who all hold equity in the company btw) work from home while enjoying their 20 days paid vacation and $1000+ technology stipend. Simply put, you are a second class citizen who can be fired at a moments notice with no warning, severance or recourse. Generally speaking, this culture consists of pretending that the roof isn’t on fire while the company continues to haemorrhage money with no visible end in sight. Take a look at all of the reviews, not much has changed over the years. The company has been lapped by its competitors so many times that it’s no longer an actual competition. If you come here understand from day 1 that this is merely a stepping stone, don’t hesitate to leave the second a better opportunity presents itself.
