Middle management (Senior Directors, Operations Directors, Regional Presidents) are all in place not because of their talent, but purely for their ability to kiss the corporate ring. They will coast on your achievements without giving you credit. Operations department lacks clear decision making capabilities. DEI is plastered all over their website, however 97% of their work force is white males.
