      1. Only CRO having operations in Kolkata 2. Small team so you can learn end to end work. 3. Flexible timings. 4. Good hike compared to any other CRO. I can bet on that. 5. Friendly ambience to work. 6. Seniors are helpful.

      Cons

      1. Canteen should be modified little bit. 2. Rest Room.

      Very flexible hours. Laid back work atmosphere. A vast diversity in the work force. Employee satisfaction is always sought after.

      The deadlines and deliverables are short and many. There is a lot of emphasis on redundant and outdated work flow methods.
