Cons
The disgusting way the MD treats staff is known in Sydney recruitment circles. Bullying and intimidation happen daily. Team leaders and long timers won’t protect you. They learned to copy the toxic behaviours they see from their good friend the MD. Temporary visas offered but most recruiters are fired or leave this vile culture before visa comes through. Recruiters help set up networking events and are publically scolded if the MD sees them drinking, tea, coffee or water when networking with clients. Don't expect to fill roles or meet targets. Roles recruiters work on are generic and some clients don't let recruiters contact them even though Quay is a key supplier.
