The people are the best thing about this company and the location. New West is pretty central.
Cons
Working conditions - most of the time we are playing catch up and band aid solutions are implemented. The network/database is mickey mouse, the computers are old, useless and need to be sold down and stripped for parts. Salary, pay and benefits - the bare minimum and don't expect any more. 5 years of servitude for an extra week of vacation and no yearly raises at all. Company cant afford for you work and be able to afford to have a life outside of work. You are asking too much. Benefits are 50% paid by the way and the bill is a staggering $1200 (family) a year out of your pocket/ pay cheque. Also, I hope your a fan of the skytrain because parking isn't included and the bill for that if almost $80 a month plus it might not even be available to you. It is a busy public lot.
