Pros
- Good product
- Most employees are nice and easy to work with
Cons
- Culture is very weak and you don't feel like you're all together with the same goal. I'd describe Qudini's culture as 'A corporate company with 'startup' printed on the walls'
- CEO lacks leadership and charisma. Seems like she would fit in well at a large corporate, not a startup
- Little opportunity to venture out and gain experience in new areas. Management repeatedly reigns you back in to your core role
- Decisions are made like a corporate. Everybody works and the top few decide on everything without discussing anything with anybody. You feel like an employee not like part of a company or a bigger objective.
- High turnover of employees, as anybody who joins quickly realises that being at Qudini is no different than being at IBM - just without the perks, salary, growth, brand on cv etc.
