Bad environment - Anonymous employee Queen's University Employee Review

Few staff because the CEO got rid of them, senior staff were unpleasant to work for, they lied to students and bought students and staff to site from Canada when they knew the site was going to be closed so basically ripped students off as they only got to study online. The staff are out of touch and antiquated. It was like working in the dark ages. No respect for employment or health and safety laws. They want you to be 24/7 at their beck and call. It is a job with no autonomy you are told what to do. There is no appreciation if you work over your hours.
