Pros
- Sense of community amoung workers of same level.
- Help the general community.
- High levels of satisfaction when solving crime.
- Good pay for what you do, however you only make it because of shift allowances (night, afternoon, public holidays)
Cons
- Very clear that you are a number.
- Poor managers get promoted.
- High level managers make very poor decisions which affect safety of covert officers.
- Portion of community hate you, large portion fear you so don't expect thanks for your work.
- Large stress, no consistently with shifts.
- Dealing with detectives that have no clue.
