Pros

Leadership at all levels does a wonderful job making employees feel supported in work tasks/projects and also through small gestures like virtual pizza parties and surprises that are sent to us each month.

Cons

There is a steep learning curve because of the nature of the product, so it took me about a full year to feel comfortable and confident in my role. The positive side of this was that everyone knows this and expects it will take a long time for you to be able to contribute.
