Pros
-Great Coworkers: There really is a "family" environment here. You really can develop some nice friendships while working here. -Long Lunches: One hour lunches W-F and leave an hour early on Fridays
Cons
-Favoritism: One team gets all the perks. There are plenty of "opportunities" to take on more responsibilities but only for one supervisor's team. If you don't get on the "Queen's" team you will not get ahead. -Schedule: 11-8PM you will never get the chance to change the schedule since they service the west coast of the US. -Non stop calls: there was constantly 45+ calls on hold, usually over 1000 abandoned calls a day. They expect low hold times when the can't keep employees staffed. Over half of the employees there utilize intermittent FMLA so there are constant call outs so we basically have to pick up slack al day every day. -There are no resources for you if you feel uncomfortable with your supervisor. HR kind of has an "oh well suck it up attitude" -The reason I left was solely because of one supervisor. The team I was on had three supervisors in 8 months. All of which left under mysterious circumstances. They simply left and the company had no idea where they were. -No trust of employees: Web access is non existent, can't even check your personal email -Schedule Adherence: 96% and they expect you to get 65 calls a day, seems reasonable but when there is pretty much a constant 5 min+ hold for the "Help Line" they hold everything against you.
