      Too many chiefs not enough indians-no one in upper management cares about the people who have to deal with the patients every day---patients--remember---the reason for our services?????

      Toxic Corporate work culture makes staying hard. You get more work for little recognition, you have to fight with management to use your benefits. Fight for the use of vacation time.
