Opportunity to develop under the right environment, Great opportunity, but experience is a hit or miss depending which function you work in, there are 'some' great people and others 'not so great' there, good pay and benefits, company does promote with in and beautiful campus
Cons
Unfortunately, I reported to an extremely intelligent Director, however, he never did understand how to develop his direct reports, long commute from NYC, training was not given
