enjoy working with the clients. they are good to the clients.

no room to grow- hard to keep good workers without room to grow or raises to be made.

Bonuses. Many staff members enjoy working with the clients

Management flies by the seat of their pants. They can not keep themselves organized, much less a company. Policies and procedures change every other week. They can not keep employees due to the poor pay and lack of managerial skills. Facilities are run down and living conditions are not sanitary.
