I wasn't going to do a review at all, but a lot of former managers and directors have reached out to me in disgust by the way they've been treated by the "home office". Speaking for us as a whole, if they want to get rid of you because your personality doesn't fit the "culture", expect a PIP, even though you've never been written up. Nepotism and a lot of unfair favorable practices to a very few employees.
