Pros
The team I worked with were great and I made a lot of friends. The work I had allowed my schedule to be flexible. I was able to get experience working face to face with a customer. My first manager was wonderful and taught me a lot.
Cons
The pay and pay/promotion structure are based out of India and that will never change. You will be underpaid and that will not change. It was very clear that management did not understand and could not execute the work. I was given full management responsibilities without training, salary, or a band change and I was constantly told I'd get it next cycle (and never did). They don't pay any attention to employee satisfaction surveys and have literally said "they should be grateful that we're giving them potlucks and events" in response to overwhelming negative surveys.
