Friendly to fresh graduates Training provided, do not expect you to know everything Generally friendly environment, except for the 1 or 2 toxic colleagues. Upholds excellent values, and championed by most senior managers.
Cons
Lower pay than government hospital med tech jobs Overtime is not monetarily rewarded OT is required if you cannot finish the day's work, which is sometimes due to machine error Entry level work timing is 2-10pm Mon to friday Need to work half day on Saturday (2-6.30pm). Therefore sacrifice social life. Generally small company, limited career progression.
