Pros

Freedom and trust to run your territory as your own business. Zero micro managing. I've found this style makes me work 3x harder than I did at my previous employer where everything was about call metrics and metting metrics- rather than proposals ran and deals closed. Thanks Questco, for your trust.

Cons

I've gotten many opportunities to the plate but our master workers comp and medical often decline the prospect, making it feel like I'm doing a lot of work for nothing.
