Pros
Great healthcare and retirement benefits. Great way they structure the company. Most of the employees are good to work with. Our office did half day Fridays a lot but instead of going home we barbequed or had a potluck. If you like to travel it requires 25-50% travel.
Cons
Lots of micromanaging. There are a few "bad apples" in mid/upper management that really take out their day on you even if you're doing what you are supposed to. Pay kind of sucks. It's a grind and you'll probably be working at least 9-10 hours a day, occasionally weekends and holidays (all roles in the company, not just laborers).
