      I have complete freedom to implement quality processes and technologies. Good management to guide me. My leaders work with career development plans and clear, direct evaluations, which greatly helps my professional growth. I also feel that with Zolo we are delivering a high-value product, which is very motivating.

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
