Pros
I wake up every morning genuinely excited and eager to come to work, and that says a lot! The culture here is great and that's an important factor because we spend so much time here. Questrade is growing quite FAST and it's great to see all the positive changes and exciting initiatives. It's also great that when new and exciting things are about to happen, Questraders are made aware. Questrade really does make me feel like we are one BIG family!
Cons
I can't think of any cons at the moment but like all companies, Questrade has pros and cons. The great thing is, Questrade is always actively striving to turn those cons into pros through employee feedback and that's whats most important, that our voices are being heard. Questrade really does live up to "work doesn't need to suck"!
