Leadership that really cares about doing great work Lots of opportunities for career growth Competitive compensation Interesting and exciting projects that impact everyday Canadians

Cons

There is still a lot of work to do in terms of building out processes, team structures, and organizational alignment on future plans. Cross-functionally, communication can be quite poor at times

Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

Cons

I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
