      Compared to other companies in this industry, Questrade is small in terms of # of employees. Because of this it's easy to get a hold of other departments and teams to network with.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower end - this is company wide, a similar position at a competitor will likely pay 5-10% extra right off the bat.

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
