Pros

There are many, many pros to working at Questus. The culture is unparalleled: everyone who works here is smart, hard-working, and by-and-large, also really fun to be around. The founders are two super-smart, kind, really cool guys that care deeply about their business and about the people that support that business. That trickles down into the benefits (great medical coverage, a few summer Fridays, getting your birthday off, weekly social hours, quarterly team bonding outings, etc.) Leadership definitely recognizes how hard everyone works - and they treat us accordingly. They also really encourage career growth by offering (and funding) further education in various aspects of your position (conferences, seminars you may want to attend, etc.) The clients we serve are varied, interesting, and challenging in very different ways - and that makes the work environment really exciting, as well. It can be chaotic occasionally, but it's never boring.

Cons

It's a small agency with a big work load - so it has felt at times like we're short a few people. But even that has gotten better since I've been here.

Pros

Great company culture, super warm and welcoming staff that are also talented and good at what they do.

Cons

If you're looking for an office presence the company seems to be gradually transitioning to remote.

Pros

Remote work. They offer pet insurance.

Cons

Zero creative drive. This shop is a wasteland for fresh ideas—there’s no chance a good concept will ever make it past the first meeting. For over 20 years, it’s been a cycle of smoke and mirrors, repackaging the same tired ideas while pandering to clients without a hint of originality. It’s a place where originality goes to die, stifled by a culture more focused on appearances than compelling creative.
