Pros

The office in the US is very new (just hit the 2 year mark!) The product has so much potential that I feel empowered every day that I am truly helping companies. The US office is small but it is growing pretty fast which is very exciting. The culture is something special too, everyone is so positive and supportive. Think start up vibe but everyone is so diverse, and truly cares about one another. Every department is constantly wanting to help out where ever needed. Communication is strong in the company, everyone has a voice and being small, it has a big impact. Great benefits, great work life balance, generous PTO, and excellent location in the heart of downtown Minneapolis! If you are someone that needs a very structured day to day, this is not the place for you. We are growing so we are constantly figuring it out together as a team. We wear many hats and our days never look the same.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we appreciate you highlighting our open office environment and international headquarters. We understand that downtown parking can be a challenge. To help with this, we do offer a parking stipend that covers most of the cost, though it does involve about a three-block walk from the office. We also provide a flexible hybrid work model, with three days in the office and two days remote each week, to support work-life balance. We’re continuously working to improve the employee experience, including providing clearer paths for career growth and development opportunities.
