      Pros

      I have been at Quibim for one month, and from the very beginning I was welcomed with kindness and clarity. The company offers a competitive salary for my level of education, which shows that they truly value technical talent. The work culture is inspiring: collaborative, low-stress for the moment, and supported by colleagues who are always willing to help. Flexible working hours, open communication, and the feeling that your ideas can make an impact are a big plus. An honorable mention goes to the culture of trust, which has given me both a strong sense of responsibility and, at the same time, independence and peace of mind. Diversity, innovation, and the appreciation of young talent are clearly present across the organization. From the first contact, the Talent Recruiter and even senior executives such as the CEO take the time to welcome you and engage with you personally, which makes you feel truly valued in the company.

      Pros

You get to work on cutting-edge technology in a fascinating field where advancements can have a genuine impact on patients. There is a lot of opportunity to learn about research in medicine.

      Cons

      This may be a con for some, and a pro for others: those who are used to working in large, established companies with a relatively limited or even rigidly defined scope of work might struggle with the demands of a smaller, rapidly growing company. Working in a scale-up requires a lot of initiative, creativity, and tolerance for ambiguity while juggling a variety of responsibilities.
