Pros
I started my journey in January and it has been a good one. From the first day at work, I was given the training and understanding of the SaaS. Product-based knowledge plays an integral part in Handling support and Onboarding.
Within a month's time, I was equipped with the various responsibilities and it made my work ethics stronger. In QDC, collaboration and teamwork are good and employees are friendly and easy to work with. The learning at QDC has been a motivating factor. Every day I learn something new, gaining knowledge of various platforms and meeting the requirements of the customer based on that has been rewarding.
Taking ownership was always my USP, but giving the freedom for that is the USP of QDC!
