Management take a teacher/student approach to managing, this is a seriously outdated and flawed approach. They need to send management to a management course so they can adapt to fit better in the company and not breed the contempt currently felt for them

Always having to watch your back. Management always after you for any small mistake. If they wanted to dismiss you they would just make up completes with no evidence. Cost them a nice amount already to one employee. Under bullying in court.
