If your in the support role get ready to be on the phone 24/7 and to travel. Also, no structure. You are expected to do everything and make sure the customer is happy. After being told I would get a raise for doing well in 2 months I went back to my boss and he said how dare you ask for a raise. Cool company but they need to notice all the work you do.
