Pros
If you enjoy the countryside then this is the job for you. Good set of lads/lasses. Ex military a lot of them so good banter.
Cons
You mean nothing to the company, no appreciation for the work you do, Very long hours to get jobs finished and they don’t like to pay overtime, unrealistic time scales. Management don’t have a clue, the old saying too many chiefs not enough Indians rings very true. Loads of office staff but hardly any feet on the ground. No chance of progressing in the company.
