The work is generally easy, you can listen to music, and it's not very physically intense.
Your direct coworkers are generally friendly.
Cons
Management will lie to you, making promises to install, update, and maintain necessary safety equipment and then never follow through on it. I was experiencing nausea and loss of coordination due to resin dust and paint and alcohol fumes and they never even gave me a respirator mask despite the fact that I brought it up and requested one repeatedly.
You will regularly inhale alcohol and resin fumes as well as fine particle plastic dust due to low safety standards and virtually non-existent cleanliness standards.
They will bully you into working overtime if they've overbooked orders past their staff capacity and will actively blame you if you can't keep up with their mismanaged workload.
They are quick to push out or fire employees who try to bring issues to their attention even if they are high performers and from what I witnessed this was especially true if you fit a minority status of some kind as well.
They readily used threats of firing our whole department if orders aren't out on time, and if you ever need to take a sick day expect a snide remark the next time you go in.
They will also lead you on in your interview discussing cross training opportunities and then never follow through just so they can get you on the job.
